Workplace Courses vs. In-House
We deliver many of our courses in-house at our main location in Toronto and online. Those courses are available for people to register for individually.
We also deliver course and keynote address for other workplaces, organizations, and conferences.
If you want us to come to you, we can. If you’re a person with decision-making power about trainers to come work with your staff, please contact us and we can discuss your needs. Almost any of our courses could be adapted to your workplace. We also have some courses ready to go for the workplace. If you’re not in a decision-making position, then share our information with someone at your workplace who is and we’d be happy to discuss it with them.

Healthy Technology Community Leadership Program - Technology is negatively influencing our brains, our mental health, and our social relationships. This is clear from both personal experiences and scientific studies. Understanding the influences of social media, gaming, gamification, AI, and all sorts of technologies that exist through use of our devices is the first step toward making healthy technology choices and then developing healthy habits. However, doing this alone is virtually impossible. We need a societal shift. The goal of this program is to create that societal shift and aggregate individual efforts by developing leaders who will (and already do) pave the way within their local communities, with the support of this mega community.
The goal of this workshop is to introduce participants to the value of diversity by first looking at the benefits of diversity in nature with specific examination of neurodiversities (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities), mental illness, and sex & gender diversity.
The brain naturally forms the cognitive biases that lead to unconscious and harmful stereotypes, prejudices, and discrimination. Learn about your own cognitive biases and strategies to overcome these biases.
During this course, students will learn some fundamental principles of how the mind and brain work through the lens of psychology and neuroscience. For example, students learn the neuroscience basis of cognitive biases, discrimination, and prejudices. They will also learn about the nature of diversity, the theory of intersectionality, and stress and recovery associated with traumas. Ultimately, all of the learning prepares the students’ brains to think more inclusively, appreciate diversity, and serve as agents of social change.
This course is designed to teach people about how the brain works, the nature of stress, strategies for building resilience through stress reduction, positive thinking, and optimism and general tips for brain health and wellness.
This course is available as part of our Workplace Training Courses. We’re happy to come to your workplace!
The goal of this workshop is to teach participants principles of neuroscience that they can apply directly in their own lives at work and at home in order to be more happy, healthy, and accomplished.
