Shenoa has an Bachelors of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Guelph-Humber (2020) and is currently completing her Masters Degree at York University in Psychology, specializing in Brain, Behaviour, and Cognitive Science (2024). She joined CAN as a student in the Life Coaching Certification Course in 2021. She then worked for CAN for a year as a teacher for the Neuropsychoidiology course and in accounting. In March 2024 she joined as the Managing Director and is in the process of becoming the co-owner of CAN.
Dr. Mandy Wintink, Ph.D.

Mandy earned a PhD in Neuroscience and Psychology from Dalhousie University in 2005 and completed her Post-Doctoral Training in Molecular Neurobiology in the Faculty of Medicine at Dalhousie. Their research primarily focussed on the neuroplasticity associated with emotions (e.g., anxiety, fear, depression) and learning and memory. She focussed all of their research throughout their training on the differences in the brains and behaviour between males and females. Mandy began coaching and working at holistic health centre while doing their post-doctoral training and then moved to Toronto in 2010 where they formally launched the Centre for Applied Neuroscience. Mandy is also currently an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at the University Guelph and Instructor at the University of Guelph-Humber in Toronto. Shenoa’s coaching focus is to help people develop Brain Health and Wellness plans, which supports happiness, longevity, and vitality. She is also available for academic coaching.
