I am a Certified CAN Coach (‘21) and the teacher for the Neuropsychoidiology Course. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph-Humber with a degree in Psychology and completed an undergraduate thesis exploring the relationship between sleep quality and COVID-19 stress under Dr. Wintink’s supervision. I completed the NPI course in 2020. I was also a teacher for the Neuropsychoidiology Course (‘21). I am near completion of my Master’s Degree in Neuroscience from York University.
