Neuroscience for Dog Trainers

This course is being developed by Dr. Marsha Penner, Behavioral Neuroscientist and certified dog trainer. After earning her PhD studying learning and memory in animal models in 2008, she spent over a decade working as  a research scientist and award-winning teaching professor. In 2015, she completed Karen Pryor’s Dog Training Professional Program to become a Certified Training Partner (KPA-CTP). With her expertise in animal learning, neuroscience, and teaching, she offers a unique perspective on the science of learning for both humans and dogs!
