Dr. Mandy Wintink

Mandy Wintink specializes in applying a neuroscience lens to a variety of personal and professional development topics. Her signature topics include:

Mandy has been speaking professionally since 2006 after graduating with a Ph.D. in neuroscience and psychology from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada. She is currently the CEO of the Centre for Applied Neuroscience and also part-time faculty in the Department of Psychology at the University of Guelph-Humber. She published her first book Self Science - A Guide to the Mind and Your Brain’s Potential in 2016 and has published many scientific papers. She also maintained a science column in the magazine Optimyz.
