Burnout, Bias and the Power of Empathy (MicroDegree Student Presentation)

This online session is a presentation by Elize Clarke, a class of ‘21 MicroDegree student. Elize’s presentation is a summary of her MicroThesis in which she reviews research on burnout and bias within public workers (e.g., police officers, teachers) and proposes empathy training as a solution for reducing both. After a summary of her work, there will be a Q & A period. This presentation is open to the general public.
