TORONTO WEEKEND COURSE

Students in the Toronto course meet for 6 weekend training intensives over a 6-7 month period. Every training weekend begins Friday night and continues Saturday & Sunday during the day.  Each Saturday and Sunday morning begin with a asana (i.e., physical) yoga practice. The rest of the weekend involves a combination of lectures, discussion, group exercises, independent reflection, and coaching. A separate online component is also required, with students being required to attend one of two monthly online business development sessions. . Accommodations and meals for the weekend are the responsibility of students.

Time

Training weekends include: Friday nights (6:30 - 9pm), Saturdays (10am - 5pm), and Sundays (9am - 4pm).
