Mindfulness & Hypnosis Meditation with Fani Peker

Join us for a nourishing meditation combining mindfulness and hypnosis with Certified CAN Coach and Clinical Hypnotist, Fani Peker. Hypnosis is a mind-body healing modality which utilizes the power of the subconscious mind, visualization, and the parasympathetic nervous system. For the Community Week experience, Fani will guide a deeply relaxing focused awareness meditation for stress reduction and subconscious healing. All hypnosis is truly self-hypnosis as in this state, you are completely present and aware. All that is required for this session is that you find a comfortable and quiet space with your back and neck supported.

Trained in neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness, mantra meditation and clinical hypnosis, Fani founded AvaMind, a co-creation space of virtual 1:1 and group support to develop the lasting experience of freeing your mind. For those that prefer in-person support, Fani practices at a wellness clinic in Midtown Toronto.
