Brain Health and Wellness
The brain, the governing agent of the nervous system, is at the core of how our entire body and mind function and is the source of how well we work. We can apply this neuroscience knowledge in our lives and at work in order to live and work better. This course is designed to teach people about how the brain works, the nature of stress, strategies for building resilience through stress reduction, positive thinking, and optimism and general tips for brain health and wellness.

This course is primarily run as a workplace training course virtually or in-person.
Workplace Competency:
Those who complete this course will take home at least 2 stress reduction strategies, an ability to reframe negative thinking, and one easy-to-apply brain nutritional health tip. Those who complete this course should see:
increased productivity, focus, and engagement
stress reduction & reduced absenteeism
overall increase in happiness and wellbeing
demonstrated commitment to employee life satisfaction, wellbeing, and quality of life
Fees:
Half Day: $3000+HST
Full Day: $5000+HST
Multi-Day: $4500/day
Each module can be delivered as a 1-hr or 2-hr session at a cost of $1100/hr
